All Prices +17.5% VAT
Delivery of order will be within 4 working weeks (subject to our suppliers) after receipt of complete order and requested payment.
Special Bespoke Garments (such as non standard sizes and orders with embroidery) will take up to 8 weeks for delivery after receipt of complete order and requested payment.
Bespoke garments are strictly non returnable.
Amendments to orders not accepted after 48 hours
Carriage will be charged at £6.95 orders less than £250
Sizes 26 and above are subject to 25% surcharge.
Sizes 26 and above are non-returnable.
Should you find the need to return any of the non-bespoke items please take a copy of the Packing List and enclose this with your garments. Our returns policy is strictly 14 days.
Returns policy also applies to Samples that have been paid for. After fourteen days they cannot be returned and payment will be retained. The only exception to this is where an extension has been agreed in writing by Corporate Wardrobe prior to the end of the 14 day period.
Garments to be returned should be unworn and with labels intact, it is the customer\'s responsibility to return the garments at their own expense.
Replacement orders will be delivered within 2 working weeks and are liable to a carriage charge of £6.95
Claims for non-delivery/shortage must be made within 24 hours from despatch date
Recommended minimums, one jacket, two skirts, two trousers, three blouses, (one to wash, one to wear and one as spare)
Garments which have embroidery are non returnable and are classed as a bespoke item.
Please note that our payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. This time runs from date of delivery of order and not date of delivery of any exchanges.
Additional information:-
Please note our ladies trousers are sold as fashion wear only and may not withstand the rigors of constant daily wear. If trousers are to be worn as part of a corporate uniform - we strongly advise two pairs to be alternated as a guideline for both men and women.
Extended 15% Offer
1. Offer only applies to stock ranges - not bespoke garments.
2. 15% Discount is taken from full list price.
3. Orders must be placed and confirmed by Monday 31st May 2010.
4. Offer only applies to first order placed by the customer and does not apply to subsequent orders.
5. Offer only applies to orders placed between Friday 26th March and Monday 31st May 2010.
6. Offer only applies to those placing orders by phone, email, fax or post. It excludes orders where a presentation has taken place at a clients office or a fitting has taken place.
